Project Overview
H-Gupta Informatics Labs is a comprehensive digital portfolio and research showcase specifically designed to highlight complex informatics projects and academic work. Research laboratories frequently require a modern, maintainable web presence to attract funding and collaborators, but they often lack dedicated web development resources or the budget for custom agency work. To address this business problem, I built and designed this platform entirely using Google AI Studio. My approach centered on utilizing advanced prompt engineering to generate a clean, scalable architecture and a UI/UX design perfectly suited for scientific content. I iteratively prompted the AI to create responsive components that could handle dense informational displays, ensuring the final product was both fast and accessible. The outcome was the successful establishment of a strong, professional online presence for the informatics lab, deployed efficiently via Vercel. This project delivered a maintainable and scalable portfolio solution while demonstrating how AI-assisted development can be leveraged to rapidly deploy specialized academic and laboratory websites, bridging the gap between scientific research and modern web design.
