Project Overview

CTFN Research is a premium, news-style financial intelligence platform showcasing critical Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) deal information. Designed and developed from scratch within a highly compressed one-week timeframe using advanced AI-driven methodology, the platform delivers structural, readable transaction details directly to financial professionals and analysts. The application is architected around Next.js with the App Router to provide an extremely fast, secure, and SEO-optimized frontend. Under the hood, Clerk provides seamless user lifecycle management and multi-level premium authentication, ensuring content remains gated behind appropriate subscription tiers. Editors and financial journalists publish articles, tag transaction phases, and log deal sizes using a customized Sanity CMS, decoupling content creation from the codebase. Stripe is integrated to handle secure, recurring payment flows, enabling seamless user conversions. To complete the circle of communication, Resend powers rapid, highly deliverable transactional email workflows, letting users receive instant alerts about market-moving M&A events the moment they are published.

The Challenge

M&A advisors, hedge funds, and investment professionals require highly structured, up-to-the-minute data on corporate mergers and acquisitions. Standard financial media outlets are often cluttered, slow, and lack structured metadata tagging, while custom corporate tools are complex and require months of engineering to launch.

The Solution

Engineered a highly professional, fast, and editorial-style M&A intelligence website within 1 week using Claude. The system integrates Sanity CMS for rapid editorial content publishing, Clerk for robust multi-level subscriber accounts, Stripe for subscription monetisation, and Resend for instant newsletter and deal alerts.
