Full-stack dealership website for an authorised Hero MotoCorp dealer in Cumilla — featuring a CMS-powered bike catalog, EMI calculator, service booking, blog, and bilingual support.
RideX Cumilla is a full-stack dealership web platform built for an authorised Hero MotoCorp dealer serving the Cumilla region of Bangladesh. The project required designing and engineering a complete digital storefront — from bike catalog and pricing to after-sales service management — while ensuring non-technical dealership staff could manage all content independently. The architecture uses Next.js 14 with the App Router for server-side rendering, ensuring fast load times and strong Google indexing across all bike pages, blog posts, and offer listings. Strapi CMS is deployed on Digital Ocean as the headless backend, giving the RideX team a clean admin interface to add bike models, update pricing, publish blog articles, create promotional offers, and upload gallery images — all without writing a single line of code. The bike catalog supports 22 Hero MotoCorp models across four categories: Commuter, Executive, Premium, and Scooter. Each bike page includes engine specs, fuel efficiency, pricing in BDT, high-quality imagery, and a direct path to contact or book a test ride. A live EMI calculator is embedded across the platform, pulling real financing parameters (1.5% monthly flat service charge from Amaar Hero) to give customers an instant, accurate monthly payment breakdown based on their chosen model, down payment, and loan tenure. The RideX Doctor feature provides a structured service booking flow for periodic maintenance, warranty repairs, tyre and battery service, and genuine spare parts requests. A bilingual toggle supports both English and Bengali, reflecting the linguistic needs of RideX's Cumilla customer base. From a PM perspective, this project involved scoping the full feature roadmap, coordinating content collection from the dealership team, structuring the CMS schema in Strapi to match their operational workflows, and deploying a CI/CD pipeline via GitHub connected to both Vercel (frontend) and Digital Ocean (CMS). The platform launched with 22 bike models, 3 blog posts, active offers, and a fully operational service booking system.
RideX, an authorised Hero MotoCorp dealer in Cumilla, was operating without a digital presence in a market where customers research and compare bikes online before visiting showrooms. Competitors with better web visibility were capturing leads that should have gone to RideX. The dealership needed a complete platform — not just a brochure site — that could handle catalog management, promotions, service bookings, and blog content without requiring developer involvement for every update.
Built a production-grade dealership platform using Next.js for SSR and SEO performance, paired with Strapi CMS hosted on Digital Ocean so the dealership team can manage all content independently. The frontend is deployed on Vercel for edge performance. Key features include a dynamic bike catalog with filtering, a financial EMI calculator based on Amaar Hero's actual financing rates, a service booking flow, and a bilingual interface. Blog articles are structured for local SEO targeting Cumilla-specific search queries like "Hero bike price Cumilla" and "Hero Thriller Cumilla showroom".
