Technical PM & Project Management

I bridge the gap between business goals and engineering reality. As a Technical PM and Project Manager, I define product strategy, scope MVPs, and lead cross-functional delivery for global agencies and B2B SaaS startups.

Overview

Great products don't happen by accident—they are engineered. As a Technical PM and Project Manager, I don't just manage backlogs; I translate ambitious business goals into executable technical roadmaps. I speak the language of engineers and stakeholders alike, ensuring that what we build is valuable, feasible, and scalable for high-growth agencies.

Common Questions

What is a fractional Technical PM and how is it different from a full-time hire?

A fractional Technical PM is a senior product manager engaged part-time — typically 10 to 20 hours per week — to cover roadmap, delivery, and engineering coordination without the cost of a full-time hire. It is ideal for early-stage SaaS startups that need senior PM rigor before they can justify a full headcount.

How do you charge for Technical PM engagements?

Engagements are scoped per outcome rather than per hour. A typical fractional retainer covers 10 to 20 hours per week with a 3-month minimum. Project-based engagements (a single roadmap, MVP scoping, or sprint rescue) are quoted as fixed-fee deliverables.

Do you work in our time zone?

I am based in Dhaka, Bangladesh (GMT+6). I keep flexible hours and run weekly sync windows that overlap US East, EU, and APAC time zones. Most engineering coordination happens async via Linear, Slack, and Loom.

Can you embed with our existing engineering team?

Yes. The most common engagement model is embedding into an existing team — running stand-ups, owning the backlog, writing PRDs, and reporting to your CEO or Head of Product. I work with your existing tools (Jira, Linear, GitHub) rather than imposing new ones.
