I led the Product Management, UI/UX design, and Quality Assurance (QA) for a comprehensive enterprise farming management system, custom-built for a large-scale agricultural organization. The primary business problem was that the organization relied heavily on fragmented operational tracking via disparate spreadsheets and manual logs. This disjointed approach made it nearly impossible for management to gain real-time visibility into project progress, crop growth cycles, and escalating operational costs, leading to significant inefficiencies and budget overruns. My methodology involved conducting extensive field research with farm managers to understand their daily workflows and pain points. Based on these insights, I designed an intuitive UI/UX tailored for users with varying levels of technical literacy. I then managed the development of a centralized platform featuring robust modules for project and farm creation, daily task management, inventory tracking, purchasing, and harvest recording. A key feature was the "Estimation vs. Actuals" analytics dashboard, which provided critical financial insights. The outcome was a transformative shift in their operations: management gained unprecedented operational visibility, leading to vastly improved cost control and resource allocation. Furthermore, the system successfully established a strong, digitized documentation culture across the organization, replacing error-prone manual tracking with a reliable enterprise software solution.
Fragmented operational tracking via spreadsheets made it difficult to see project progress, growth, and costs.

Better operational visibility for management
Improved cost control
Strong documentation culture established
